In Episode 9 of "Doctor Who" Season 8, entitled "Flatline," the 12th Doctor is trapped within the Tardis. He needs saving this time. Who will rescue him and will they get there in time?
The latest episode of "Doctor Who" aired on BBC One at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday night. It will be shown on different channels around the world at different time slots. In the U.S., it was aired on BBC America at 9:00 p.m. Eastern. British fans in the U.K. can watch Episode 9 via live-stream through the BBC iPlayer.
In last week's episode (Episode 8), Clara had another adventure with the Doctor although they had a big fight in Episode 7. The truth is that in Episode 9, things were planned by the Doctor so that Clara will be able to have her last mission. This is because she told the Doctor that she wants to leave his company as she is longing for a normal life, which she plans to have with Danny, played by Samuel Anderson.
However, it seems that Clara is having second thoughts about leaving after she and the Doctor had worked together to defeat the killer mummy. She had realized that she was already addicted to time travel and thinks that the Doctor might have a heart after all. She already told Danny that she will stay.
According to Hollywood Take, there is a rumor that Clara will stay with Danny because Jenna Coleman, who plays Clara, is reportedly leaving the show when Season 8 ends. There is still no confirmation about this as of now and main cast members are keeping mum about the whole thing. Coleman explained that they have decided for things to be kept secret to keep audiences guessing, because, if they go ahead and confirm that she is leaving the show, then everyone will know how the season will end.
Meanwhile, Clara will be fighting another out-of-this-world enemy since the Doctor is still trapped.
