Beyoncé and Jay Z Relationship News 2014: 'On the Run' Tour Couple Renew Wedding Vows, Shop for Paris Real Estate
Good-bye breakup rumors.
Beyoncé and Jay Z have renewed their wedding vows-silencing the barrage of whispers in recent months that they were headed to splitsville.
The hip-hop royals, who have been married for six years, renewed their vows at a private ceremony during the European leg of their joint "On The Run" tour, Huffington Post UK reports.
As further evidence their relationship is on solid ground, the couple have been seen house-hunting in Paris numerous times in the past month. "They're looking for a place," an insider told People magazine.
The properties Beyoncé and Jay Z have toured are extravagant, including a home in the "Millionaire's Row" gated community, a townhouse near the Elysee Palace and a villa not far from the Seine.
Beyoncé and Jay Z got engaged in Paris and, as the proud dad revealed at the last show of the couple's On the Run stadium tour, it is where Blue Ivy was conceived. The happy couple has declared their love for the City of Light many times in the past, and so the real estate shopping in France is not a total surprise.
While breakup speculation was rampant over the year, the rumors proved untrue. That's not to say the superstar couple hasn't had their share of domestic trouble, including footage of the "Partition" singer's sister, Solange, attacking her brother-in-law in an elevator in May, followed by Solange's announcement that she's getting paid $20 million to write a tell-all book filled with "shocking secrets" about her relationship with the pair.
And while there's been no official word about a second pregnancy, Page Six reported earlier this month that the Beyoncé and Jay Z are collaborating on a top secret album. Page Six's source said the surprise album would have no advanced promotion, and would possibly include a film.
