Calvin Harris and Rita Ora Relationship and Breakup: Rita Ora Opens Up About Split With Calvin Harris
Rita Ora is Cosmpolitan's cover girl for the magazine's December 2014 issue.
While gracing the cover of Cosmopolitan, the "R.I.P." singer opened up about her relationship and breakup with Scottish DJ, Calvin Harris.
Ora explained that her relationship with Harris ultimately failed because of their busy schedules and long distance apart.
"It was the right guy at the wrong time," Ora told the magazine. "I was about to start a tour, and he was also all over the place. There's only so much you can do when you don't see each other. I really admire people who have long-distance relationships. It's an incredible achievement. I couldn't do it."
Back in June, E! News reported that Harris announced his split from Rita Ora on Twitter.
To address speculation - myself and Rita ended our relationship some time ago. She is a beautiful, talented woman & I wish her all the best

A few days later, Ora also took to social media to address the split and encouraged her Instagram followers to "move on" from discussing her breakup with Harris. "Life can only be understood backwards but it must be lived forwards," she added in her Instagram caption.

Though she and Harris are no longer an item, Ora did tell Elle UK back in April that Harris is the first boyfriend she's ever fallen in love with.
"He got something out of me that I never thought I had. Yes, like falling in love," she revealed. "I just didn't think I had it. I'd never experienced it before. And I was just like in the wilderness, thinking, 'Will it ever happen?'"
Now that she is single, Ora's main focus seems to be on herself and embracing her sexuality.
"You have to come to terms with loving your body," she explained to Cosmopolitan. "Stand naked in front of the mirror and say, 'I'm f*cking sexy.' That's where it starts."
Cosmopolitan's December issue featuring Rita Ora will be out on newsstands Nov. 4.
