On Monday, T.I.'s wife Tameka "Tiny" Harris took to Instagram to unveil her new eye color transformation that was done through a procedure known as BrightOcular.

Harris, whose original eye color is brown, announced her decision to stop wearing contacts which she claims made her "vision blurry." She will now sport permanent ice gray eye implants instead.

"I permanently changed my eye color with Brightocular and lovin it!! Huge thanks to the incredible doctor(s) for the amazing experience and for making my dream come true !" she wrote on Instagram.

Harris then continued her thank you message by encouraging her fans and "those under privileged living with serious eye conditions" to undergo the same BrightOcular procedure she had.

Harris also included a disclaimer notifying those interested in her cosmetic surgery to get the United States patented BrightOcular procedure instead of an eye implant currently distributed in Panama that allegedly brought on harmful side effects to various patients.

Eurweb reports that Harris' reality TV co-star and friend Shekinah Jo also posted a photo of Harris' dramatic eye transformation.

Despite Harris' disclaimer and her joyful attitude towards her new eye color, fans and media outlets are slamming her for choosing to undergo such a risky and dramatic physical altercation.

Medical Daily claims that Harris' eye implants may cause "infections, ocular hypertension, iritis, corneal edema, hyphemacorneal decompensation, endothelial cell loss, natural lens opacification, and photophobia."

Wendy Williams also suggested that Harris' eye color change may be an indication of self-hatred, S2s magazine reports.

"This right here is going too far," she said on a recent episode of "The Wendy Williams Show." "Getting your eyes permanently done like this is to me, as bad as people who bleach their skin. You can self-hate your flat boobs. You can self-hate your flat butt ... [but not] the eyes."
