Aldo Sarabia Garcia Death: Wife Claims Dead Banda El Recodo Member Was a Cocaine Addict, Sexually and Physically Abused His Children
Alma Delia Chavez is defending herself after being accused of murdering her husband Aldo Sarabia Garcia.
Chavez said that she had nothing to do with his death, and that she has always been the victim in the relationship she had with Garcia, notes Huffpost Voces.
The widow said she was with her husband and her lover, Yahir Alfredo Sandoval, in a car while she was trying to ask him for a divorce. She got out of the car, and the two continued to argue. Sandoval later told Chavez that her husband had gone to a friend's house.
Chavez added that she only said she was an accomplice because she was under pressure, and that her husband's murderer is solely Sandoval.
More shocking is that she is accusing her late husband of abuse.
She said that Garcia was addicted to cocaine and that would sexually abuse her and their 11-year-old daughter. According to Chavez, Garcia would come home under the influence and hit his children.
Chavez added that she didn't say anything beforehand because she was filled with fear.
Some of Garcia's children have said that their father was not on drugs in the days leading to his death. Instead, they claim he had not done any drugs in 17 years.
One of the couple's children, Neto Sarabia, said he couldn't believe that his mother could have killed his father, so he is hoping it is all a misunderstanding.
Garcia's sister, Yolanda Sarabia, spoke about the couple's 11-year-old daughter, Estrella.
"She doesn't speak," she said. "She can't believe that her mom killed her dad. We would like to be in charge of the girl. I spoke to her, but she is traumatized."
Sarabia added that her brother was investigating his wife, and that the two had been separated for 20 to 25 days. He was looking to get divorced, and Sarabia said he received threats from his wife.
"She told him that she was going to kill him, that she was going to leave him on the street," she said.
