After weeks of voting, the contestants of Brazil's Miss Bumbum contest have been narrowed down.

The competition originally started off with 27 women competing for the title of Brazil's best butt. Each woman represented a different state. The number of contestants now stands at 15.

Here's a look at who is remaining and where they rank.

1. Claudia Alende, 20

Alende represents Paraná, and throughout the competition she has been compared to Megan Fox. The young contestant was in the lead nearly the entire time that votes were being cast. She has stated that she doesn't want to do anything that's too sexy or "vulgar" during the competition.

2. Bruna Valentim, 21

The Rio de Janeiro representative often goes to Instagram to share pictures of her workouts. Although she usually shares gym pictures, she likes to switch it up. One day, she ran on the beach while attached to a man who was going in the opposite direction. Valentim explained how happy she was to have placed second in the competition.

3. Indianara Carvalho, 22

Carvalho represents Santa Catarina. She took a trip to Paris earlier in the year, where she was stopped by police for having posed topless by the Eiffel Tower. In late October, Carvalho ranked No. 4 in the competition.

4. Renata Alves, 27

Ceará is where Alves represents. She was in third place at the end of October, which meant she has lost her spot to Carvalho. According to her Facebook, she used to work as a photographer.

5. Clau Dullios, 26

Dullios is from Rio Grande do Sul. She was accused of having had surgery on her butt, but she showed off an X-ray to prove that it was not true. Her exercise regimen is inspired by Juju Salimeni, Sabrina and Gracyanne Barbosa.

6. Vanussa Hoppe, 28

Hoppe represents Mato Grosso do Sul. She previously dated Gusttavo Lima, Lucas Lucco and Mariano, of Munhoz and Mariano. She had a long relationship with Mariano.

7. Yara Muniz, 27

Bahia representative Muniz stood out in the competition after having problems with her husband over photos that she posed for. She even considered leaving the competition, so that she and her husband could get back on track, but they were able to work things out without her having to do so.

8. Ana Paula Costa, 22

Costa represents Espírito Santo. Her social media presence is not as strong as many other contestants in the competition.

9. Ana Flávia Magalhães, 27

Goiás's contestant Magalhães already has plans for if she wins the competition. She believes she can use her celebrity to land herself a show. She wants to be a TV presenter who is admired for her work.

10. Vivian Cristinelli, 23

Minas Gerais representative Cristinelli finds motivation in people who don't believe in her. After sharing the news that she made the top 15, she thanked everyone from people who voted for her to those who didn't.

"Thanks even to those who did not support me because of them is where I got the strength to continue. Every person who was with me and still is ... You guys know the immense affection that I have for each of you guys," she said.

Her Instagram account is also filled with workout videos.

11. Rebeka Francys, 23

Rondônia's Francys says she lost almost 20 pounds to be a Miss Bumbum finalist.

12. Patrícia Oliveira, 39

At 39, Mato Grosso representative Oliveira is the oldest finalist. Oliveira owes her body to being a dancer, which includes pole dancing. Though her dancing is more accepted in Europe, in her native country, she has been confused for a prostitute, she said. But Oliveira is not someone who needs validation, as she said that she feels very powerful.

13. Ana Paula Souza, 27

The Distrito Federal representative recently shared pictures of herself at a car show, saying that she loved being there.

14. Luciane Sanches, 26

Sanchez is from Maranhão. She is a model, and at one point, she was in danger of not making it to the finals. In late October, she was in 17th place.

15. Jac Veloso, 24

Pernambuco's Veloso is a fitness model. Although she does post a lot of her modeling images onto Instagram, she occasionally shares some more casual moments.
