Kendra Wilkinson Husband and Marriage: Playmate Defends Hank Baskett, Says Recording Is Being Investigated by FBI [Watch]
Kendra Wilkinson appeared on Access Hollywood LIVE to talk about the FBI investigation surrounding her husband's interactions with transsexual model Ava Sabrina London.
Wilkinson explained that a recording that Radar Online released did feature Hank Baskett, but that it was manipulated, notes Hollywood Life. The recording sounds as though Baskett is trying to buy off London, who he is rumored to have had an affair with.
Wilkinson said that though that is Baskett's voice, the tape is cut up to alter the meaning of the conversation. She added that Baskett never paid, which is how the whole situation came to light.
"It's not a relationship that is being told out there in the press, there is a different story," Wilkinson said. "As you can tell I know what happened. There is some investigation going on right now which is why I have to stay away from some things."
She was then asked if it was an FBI investigation, to which Wilkinson replied "yes."
Baskett said that Baskett was also recorded without her knowledge. One of the Access Hollywood hosts said that in the state of California a person cannot be recorded without having knowing about it.
"That's exactly right," Wilkinson replied.
Wilkinson goes on to call her husband an "innocent, vulnerable guy," and she explained that not everything that is out there is the truth.
The reality star defended her husband, but she did deny that the two renewed their vows. Instead, she said that though the incident has shaken up their marriage, she knows that in the end, it will make their relationship better.
On Thursday, Wilkinson and Baskett were seen in Disneyland in California. The two were accompanied by their son, Hank.
Wilkinson was seen enjoying herself, which is a stark difference from how she has been seen lately on her reality show, "Kendra On Top."
