Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Relationship News Update 2014: Actor Reportedly Still 'Broken Up' Over Ex-Girlfriend, Avoided Her at Award Show
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may not have moved on from each other for good, as it wasrecently been reported that the "Rover" actor is still "broken up" over Stewart.
According to RadarOnline, Pattinson and his current girlfriend FKA twigs "are not engaged," although "they are living together full-time." Since the pair's relationship is getting "very serious," friends apparently urged Pattinson to "slow down" because he "has a tendency to go overboard, almost to the point where it pushes girls away."
Moreover, Pattinson's friends are especially concerned because they know that he is not over Stewart completely.
"Everyone knows he is still broken up over Kristen, and I am sure that this girl [FKA twigs] is worried that she is a rebound," the source said.
The source added that things are "much different" between Pattinson and FKA twigs than they were with Pattinson and Stewart.
"They would rather stay inside with just the two of them than go out and have cameras follow their every move," the source explained. "He learned his lesson in the last relationship."
Meanwhile, the "Twilight" co-stars attended the Hollywood Film Awards on Nov. 14, and Stewart was "disappointed" that her ex-lover was avoiding her at the event.
"She was looking forward to seeing Rob and at least catching up for a little bit," a source said to Hollywood Life. "Kristen was pretty disappointed that he just vanished after he presented the award. It was a laid-back environment, so she just figured he would chill out for a while, but he was gone in the blink of an eye. How could she not take it personally? He made no effort to talk to her and just behaved really distant and distracted, so yes that was a bit disheartening for Kristen, considering how excited she was to see him."
