Samsung Black Friday Deals & Ads 2014: TV, Tablet & Chromebook Specials Unveiled
Electronics producer Samsung is taking pre-orders for a large bulk of items that they have discounted for next week's Black Friday sales.
Samsung has created a whopping list of 167 items whose prices will be slashed for holiday shopping.
The new TV sets from Samsung appear to have the largest discounts among the list's products, many reduced to prices around $1,000. The 4K television, a 55-inch model, is listed for $1,199 while a 65-inch and 55-inch Smart LED HDTV items are listed for $999 and $599, respectively.
The crown jewel of the Samsung TV line is their new curved-screen model, the 65-inch 4K UHD Curved Smart TV for $1,999. While still a big-ticket price tag, the new price is $2,000 lower than it has been in the past.
For other gadgets besides TVs, the reductions are less substantial but still do save some money. The Note Pro and Tab Pro tablets are $150 lower than standard prices. Other Android-operating devices, like the Tab S and smaller Tabs, have $50 to $100 discounts as well. Currently, none of Samsung's smartphones are included in the Black Friday catalog.
The wearable fitness and health tracking smartwatch, Gear Fit, is 33 percent off regular prices, down to just under $100. Other various electronics like cameras, PC desktop monitors, kids tablets and Chromebooks are also slightly cheaper.
While Samsung is allowing customers to purchase pre-orders, their credit cards will not be charged until at least after Nov. 24. The company claims that those who pre-order before Nov. 22 will likely be able to count on having their products delivered in time for the gift-giving holidays.
The full list of discounted products can be found and pre-ordered from Samsung's website. Best Buy, Target, Radio Shack, Game Stop and Staples have also released similar lists of marked-down holiday items before the big shopping holiday.
