It turns out that Diddy threw a punch at Drake for stealing the "0 to 100/The Catch Up" beat--will Drizzy press charges following his trip to ER?

Producer Boi-1Da apparently gave his beat to both rappers, however his fellow Toronto native ended up recording over it. "Diddy sat on the song for months," a source told Hollywood Life. "Diddy hadn't done anything with it in months and Drake decided to use it even though they both had it."

"It's no wonder because it's one of Drake's biggest songs so of course [Diddy] is upset," the source continued.

The hit single off Drake's highly anticipated fourth studio album "Views From The 6," which was released in July, has recently been nominated for Best Rap Performance as well as Best Rap Song at the upcoming 57th Annual Grammy Awards.

"Diddy sat on the track, so Drake went with it, and now the song has two Grammy nominations while Diddy hasn't had a hit in a while," an insider revealed to Page Six. "He feels like Drake stole it from him."

The Bad Boy Records founder and the OVO boss were attending DJ Khaled's birthday party at Miami nightclub LIV on Monday night. "Diddy left LIV and made a beeline towards [Drake's] car, like he was a man on a mission," the insider continued. "There was a scuffle before Drake was... holding his shoulder like it was dislocated. He was in obvious pain."

"There had been tension building all weekend," the insider added. "This was coming for a while."

How serious is the Young Money rapper's injury? "He has a history of having a shoulder issue," the source claimed. "So when Diddy punched him in the shoulder he needed to get it checked out. He was just punched in the shoulder, not the face."

Will he take legal action against the puncher? - No. "It has passed... There will be no public statement and they are not fighting over it anymore, it is what it is," the source added.

Ever since the brawl, Drake took to his Instagram on Wednesday to seemingly diss Diddy:

They're either talking shit about you or stealing the shit you're talking...either way the name been poppin
