Mila Kunis Baby and Weight Loss News: Actress Says Breastfeeding Helped Her Lose Baby Weight
Mila Kunis - who gave birth to daughter Wyatt Isabelle in October - said in an interview on the "Late, Late Show" Wednesday that breastfeeding helped her lose pregnancy weight.
"Breastfeeding is a great workout," Kunis, 31, told "Late show" host Craig Ferguson.
Two months into motherhood, the "Third Person" star wore a sleeveless black dress with side cut-outs to show off her slender body.
Kunis said her baby daughter is "nine weeks" old and though she's not running around just yet, she's quite energetic.
The actress said her sister-in-law had a baby boy two weeks prior to Wyatt's birth. "It is completely different. Everything," she said.
Ferguson and Kunis agreed that girls are easy to raise in comparison to boys.
"Until they're teenagers," Ferguson said. Kunis chimed in, "That's not my problem! That's daddy's problem!"
Kunis is currently promoting her upcoming movie "Jupiter Ascending" but enjoys the ability to spend that majority of her time at home nesting with Wyatt and making family memories. It is a "luxury" she's grateful for.
"I think it's a luxury to be able to do that. I am able to be a stay-at-home mom with my kid, and I do find that nowadays people can't do that," the "Black Swan" star said. "Everyone has to have a job and you have to have a two-person household. So, I was able to take time off and actually raise my child, which I consider a blessing."
Kunis added that Wyatt will always be with her once she returns to work.
It's hard to believe Kunis and husband-to-be Ashton Kutcher, 36, first met in 1998 when she kissed him on "That 70s Show." Kunis later told People magazine she had the biggest crush on Kutcher then, which was surprising news to the actor.
It was in spring 2012 that Kunis and Kutcher's romance became public knowledge. Earlier this year Kutcher asked Kunis to marry him.
In June, Kunis told Marie Clair magazine about the day she knew her friendship with Kutcher evolved into something more. "One day, it just changed. All of a sudden, it wasn't the same. And I was really proud of myself for acknowledging that," she said. "The best day of my life so far was the proposal. I cried. I was a mess. Not to discredit any relationships in my past, but this relationship is different."
