Warning: This article contains spoilers from Season 4 of "Hart of Dixie."

Zoe Hart and Wade Kinsella fans may have been frustrated that the characters didn't get together in Season 3, but in the Season 4 of "Hart of Dixie," the two will spend more time together.

Executive producer Leila Gerstein told E! News that, though Wade rejected Zoe, it's still not over between them.

"When Zoe sets her mind to something, she is not about to let it go," Gerstein said. "Of course, because she's Zoe, she sets about it all wrong. She begins the season trying to get Wade to ask her on a date to the movies and Wade is like, 'I expected more effort from you.' So she has to up her game throughout the course of the premiere. She's going to try to make a grand romantic gesture and when that doesn't work, she tries to seduce him."

Unlike previous seasons, Zoe will be going after Wade, which Gerstein said was "really satisfying." The executive producer thinks fans of the couple are going to be very happy with what's to come.

"Zoe and Wade fans are going to be so excited to see that despite all the pushing and fighting and the uncertainty, when these two people get together there is a spark," Gerstein added. "There is more than friendship, there is real love between them. They clearly should both get over their issues and be together. Zoe and Wade belong together and they're destined to be together."

Gerstein also indicated that there may be a rift between George and Lavon, who are both going to realize they still have feelings for Lemon. George and Lavon are going to be at odds right from the beginning of Season 4. The two are working at the fire department, but when each finds out that the other still has feelings for Lemon, they end up angry.

"It plays out in a funny way throughout the premiere," Gerstein said.

Annabeth doesn't immediately find out about Lavon still having feelings for Lemon, but Gerstein said that she will have good things in her life. Her career and love life will be looking up.

There's also going to be a time jump in the first episode.

Season 4 of "Hart of Dixie" premieres at 8 p.m. on Dec. 15 on the CW, but starting Jan. 9, it will move to Fridays at 8 p.m.
