Madonna New Album Leak: Material Girl Lashes Out at Hackers Over Leaked Music
Madonna, the queen of pop, has lashed out against hackers and leakers on the Internet after her upcoming album was leaked. The singer took to social media to express her displeasure with what happened and used questionable language that others have criticized her for using.
Using Instagram, Madonna began venting to her fans over the leak, according to The Guardian. Most, if not all, of her new album was leaked. She called the leak “artistic rape” and “a form of terrorism” in an Instagram post that has already been deleted from her account. She adds the songs leaked were not part of the upcoming album but “unfinished demos stolen long ago.”
“This is artistic rape!! These are early leaked demos, half of which won’t even make it on my album,” she wrote on the deleted Instagram post. “The other half have changed and evolved.”
She then thanked her fans on Twitter and Instagram for not further sharing the leaked music.
Thank you for not listening! Thank you for your loyalty! Thank you for waiting and if you have heard please know... https://t.co/lA0ydAYCxM

According to Billboard, 13 songs were leaked all part of the album set to be released in 2015. Some speculate the album will be called “Unapologetic Bitch” or “Iconic.” Madonna collaborates with Diplo, Avicii, Natalia Kills and Ryan Tedder in the upcoming album. The leaked songs are: Unapologetic Bitch, Bitch I'm Madonna, Addicted (The One That Got Away), Borrowed Time, Heartbreak City, Illuminati, Joan Of Arc, Living 4 Love (Carry On), Make The Devil Pray, Messiah, Rebel Heart, Revolution, Wash All Over Me.
“Rebel Heart,” which she performs with Diplo, was leaked at the end of November, explains Billboard. Months before, she appeared in a photo with Diplo and used the #RebelHeart hashtag to caption it. Her manager, Guy Oseary took to Twitter asking for help in looking for the culprits.
I would be grateful to any @madonna fans that can assist us in finding those responsible for the leak.. We appreciate your help.. — Guy Oseary (@guyoseary) November 28, 2014
Calling the leak “terrorism” and “rape,” however, has gotten the singer in trouble, according to the Daily Mail. Users online have attacked the singer for using such questionable language over music after the terror attacks in Sydney and Pakistan.
