In an interview with Q'Hubo, Acuña dispelled rumors that she has had an affair with Rodriguez and that she had broken up his marriage to Daniela Ospina, reports El Universal.
"I recommend that you don't get involved in this topic because it's not funny," she said. "There are big legal problems. Talk to my lawyer, Abelardo De la Espriella."
Acuña said she will be suing TV y Novelas for defamation, according to El Universal.
The host wouldn't further elaborate , but she previously released a statement, where she slammed TV y Novelas.
"Following the outrageous and despicable lie published in TV y Novelas about an alleged romance between James Rodriguez and myself, I have decided to file a criminal complaint against the director of this publication, Natalia Romero," the statement, which she posted on Twitter, said. "It can't be possible that to sell magazines you so vilely blemish a woman's honor, as well as an entire family's."
During the interview with Q'Hubo, Acuña did talk about her plans for 2015.
She said she wanted many things, but, instead, she hopes to have the maturity to handle things as they come her way.
"I'm a believer that what you live happens when it needs to happen, not before or after," she said. "So I ask God for integrity, strength and wisdom to not mess it up."
Acuña said she'd also love to become a mother in 2015, and though she prefers boys, she doesn't care what her future children are. She did add that she'd like her children to resemble their father. According to El Tiempo, she married Rodrigo Kling in 2010.
