Previously on "Mi Corazón Es Tuyo," Isabela had a complicated birth, which almost resulted in her death, and although she and her son, Diego-Nicolas, are doing well, she is not having an easy time with motherhood. (Catch up on episodes 121-125 here.)

Here's what to expect for episodes 126-130 of "Mi Corazón Es Tuyo."

Episode 126:

Leon proposes to Fanny, but she does not feel she can marry him. She tells him that at 19, she's still too young.

Angel's ex-wife, Magda, reveals that she had an abortion because the baby was going to have Down syndrome.

Meanwhile, Johnny begins to make progress with Jennifer. He tells her he loves her, but she tells him that she doesn't want to rush things.

Ana ends up taking care of Diego-Nicolas, who she doesn't believe should sleep alone. His crib is installed in her room, and Ana tells her mother that she would love to have a child with Fernando.

Later, Ana has a dream where she and Fernando have switched personalities.

Episode 127:

When Isabela goes to the Lascurain home, she tells Ana not to touch her son. Ana is very upset and slaps Isabela.

Enrique is still in the hospital and is seeing visions of his dead father. The man asks him to avenge him, which makes Enrique more willing to hurt Fernando.

Soledad wants Angel to join her and the Lascurains for Christmas, but he does not want to see Ana so happy with Fernando.

Episode 128:

Soledad believes Magda wants to be with Angel once again. Angel thinks Magda looks very beautiful.

Isabela finds out that Enrique is having visions of his father, and she believes he may be going crazy.

Episode 129:

Fanny is upset when she finds out that Laura kissed Leon. Laura says that after the way Fanny rejected Leon, someone had to cheer him up. Fanny ends up slapping Laura.

Isabela tells her mother that she believes Enrique has completely lost it.

Ana and Fernando continue to get closer. After opening Christmas gifts, the two kiss.

Episode 130:

Fernando gives Ana a ring, and she believes that the two are engaged.

Angel and Magda start talking. He knows he has to forgive her but believes she also has to forgive herself.
