27-year-old Lindsay Lohan, who has frequently gotten into trouble with the law since 2010, has been seen multiple times being on romantic dates with 19-year-old Liam Dean, a New York-based model.

Finally freed from her 90 days of court ordered rehab in August, the "Mean Girls" actress has reportedly remained drug-free, staying out of mishaps. Instead, she has found her new love interest, developing a taste of younger men, since her breakup with Matt Nordgren, a former NFL star.

Eight years apart, Lohan and Dean lately have been spotted on a number of recent occasions. Earlier this month, Lindsay Lohan was photographed leaving a restaurant in New York with Liam Dean and her former assistant Gavin Doyle. The three-way outing followed the couple partying together at 1Oak.

"Lindsay has only been seeing Liam for a few weeks, but they looked pretty into each other at 1Oak. She was previously with an 18-year-old, so she seems to like younger men at the moment," a source stated.

Liam Dean, who is represented by Red Model Management, has been featured in many editorial shoots with his 6ft 1.5'' stature, blonde hair and blue-grey eyes. Lindsay Lohan shares some similarities with the handsome teen regarding her career in the fashion world: she has previously modeled for Philipp Plein and FCUK's Friction scent. The actress also has a newly published fashion blog, which includes her latest fashion trend ideas, tattoos and photos.

However, Lindsay Lohan's publicist Tej Herring, upon asked about the actress' frequent get-togethers with the teen model, denies that they're dating. "This is completely false," he strongly afirms.
