Chris Brown's latest concert has gotten him into further trouble. During a show in San Jose, a shooting broke out, and five people were injured. The incident alerted authorities that subsequently suspended the singer's probation.

Brown was only days away from finishing his probation when the shooting happened. According to the Los Angeles Times, the rapper appeared in court on Thursday, and Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge James Brandlin revoked Brown's probation since he broke the orders by leaving Los Angeles County.

However, the judge did not order Brown to be put in custody and instead released him pending another hearing scheduled for March 20. During the upcoming hearing, the court will hear the probation department's report into the matter.

Until then, Jane Robinson, spokesperson for the district attorney's office, explained Brown still has 200 hours of community service left of the court-ordered 1,000 hours.

The New York Daily News reports Brown's probation would have ended on Jan. 23. His probation officer submitted an initial report on the incident on Monday.

"The recent event in San Jose is disturbing for several factors," he said. "One is that he was court ordered not to leave Los Angeles County without court or probation permission. This is also the second event in less than six months that the defendant has attended of performed where individuals were shot."

Judge Brandlin added Brown has to be interviewed by the probation officer and submit a supplemental report into the shooting incident. He added that he does not believe Brown to be implicated in the event.

Meanwhile, Fiesta club, the locale where the shooting took place, has lost its entertainment license, according to The Associated Press. San Jose police also say the club's liquor license has also been suspended. The suspension begins on Friday and will last 60 days. No arrests have been made concerning the shooting.
