Paul McCartney 'New' Album 2013 Songs: Kate Moss Dances on a Piano in New Single 'Queenie Eye' Music Video [WATCH]
Shortly after unveiling snippets of a behind-the-scenes clip in "The Making of Queenie Eye," classic rock legend Paul McCartney finally released the official video for his new single "Queenie Eye" on Thursday. In it, he hosts a musical party for his celebrity friends at Abbey Road Studios.
Directed by Simon Aboud, the music video takes place at Studio 2, where McCartney seems to be working on recording a track. He whistles his way down the stairs, heading to his grand piano. As he sits in front of the piano to play, the upbeat tune kicks in. "There were rules you never told me," the former Beatle begins to sing about a game he used to play in Liverpool as a child. He taps away his Birkenstock sandals on the wooden floor, and the star guests appear to the scene, one by one.
The four-minute visual shows the abundance of A-listed celebrities genuinely enjoying and grooving to "Queenie Eye," as McCartney sings the chorus, "Queenie eye, queenie eye, who's got the ball / I haven't got it, it isn't in my pocket / O-U-T spells out, that's out / Without a shadow of a doubt, she could put it in about / Hear the people shout, hear the people shout."
Model Lily Cole taps on the grand piano, sporting her red hair all puffed-up. Tom Ford bobs away sitting comfortably in a chair, rocking a simple white button-up shirt, completed his look with a pair of vintage-feel aviators. Kate Moss dances seductively on top of the piano, wearing a revealing black outfit with a golden belt.
The fashionable trio is joined by Meryl Streep, Jude Law, Sean Penn, Chris Pine, James Corden, Actress Alice Eve and her brothers George, Gary Barlow, the English National Ballet's Tamara Rojo and Johnny Depp, who seems to be deeply into the music, listening to the song on headphones and singing along, sitting at the end of the piano.
The video ends when everyone disappears, and McCartney is done recording the track. "Queenie Eye" is the first single from Paul McCartney's latest sixteenth studio album, "New."
