Kim Kardashian, her husband Kanye West and several of her childhood friends reportedly hit the slopes for a ski adventure at Deer Valley in Park City, Utah on Sunday, Jan. 18.

Us Weekly reports Kardashian, 34, chose stylish black skintight ski pants and a black puffer jacket for the trip. The hood of her ski jacket was fur-lined but may have been more fashionable than warm.

"My friends made me wear a helmet & I wasn't happy about it," she joked on Twitter. "But I feel it's more safe & I'm into it if you can't tell."

When looking at the photos the mother of North West, 19 months, posted to Instagram, you can't help but notice her tiny waist. Kardashian posed for many pictures with West, all of which show her extremely cinched waist. It is no secret Kardashian practices waist training, but it seems unlikely she would go skiing with the waist-trainer on.

West, 37, was winter-ready in an all-black ensemble consisting of layers and a heavy coat. He also wore a bandana over his nose and mouth to protect from the cold.

The famous couple was at the Deer Valley resort to celebrate friend the birthday of Alison Azoff, Kardashian's friend.

"Best 24 hr ski trip with 8 couples! All my best friends from childhood, nope they won't let me tag them or name them. I respect their privacy by just posting a pic lol," Kardashian captioned a group photo.

"It was all of Kim's best friends that she grew up with and their spouses," a source told Us Weekly. "Everyone left their kids at home, and it was one of the first couples' weekends where everyone went. Kim goes way back with the girls and had the best time."

The ski trip comes after the couple met Beyoncé and Jay Z for dinner at a West Hollywood restaurant Friday night. Sources say the foursome enjoyed two hours together before leaving in separate cars around 2:30 a.m.
