The wireless price war continues into 2015 with the four major carriers fighting for business by changing up their plans and offering attractive features.

With family plans, consumers can share data, minutes and texts between several phone lines.

AT&T and Verizon are owning the customer share and offer attractive plans for a family of four.

Verizon offers a four line 10 GB More Everything plan for $140 per month after signing up for Verizon Edge. The Edge plan allows you to break up the price of the phones you select into 24 monthly payments. This allows you to get the hottest phone now for no money down. If you choose to buy your phones on your own, this plan would be $240 per month.

The Verizon plan comes with unlimited minutes and texts and assumes four smartphones are purchased.

AT&T offers a similar four-line 10 GB plan with unlimited minutes and texts. They call it the Mobile Share Value Plan.

This plan comes with unlimited minutes and texts, and 10 GB of shareable data. However, it comes with rollover data. AT&T will now allow customers to roll over their unused data for one month.

For now, Verizon's plans are cheaper and the better value. Verizon claims they have the best network coverage in the nation.

If AT&T and Verizon cannot lure customers in, T-Mobile offers a great value with no overages and a data plan with up to 12 month rollover.
