'Full House' TV Show Cast Reunion: Group Jouns Together for Jeff Franklin's Birthday [PHOTOS]
It was 1987 when "Full House" hit the air. The loveable, extended family from San Francisco lived all together in one house and overcame problems while always sticking together. In 1995, the show left the airwaves, and most of the actors have continued acting separately. On Saturday night, however, the cast got together to celebrate show creator Jeff Franklin's birthday. Thanks to technology and social media, we were able to catch a glimpse of the party.
Lori Loughlin, who played Aunt Becky on the show, posted some pictures from the party. One picture shows her and her on-screen husband John Stamos (Uncle Jesse). Another shows her with Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie) and Candace Cameron Bure (D.J.).
Perhaps the best post from the evening came from the annoying neighbor Kimmy Gibbler. Andrea Barber, who portrayed Kimmy Gibbler on the show, posted a video on Instagram of the cast singing the show's theme song "Everywhere You Look."
Speaking of that song, two years ago, Stamos sang it on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon." He performed as "Jesse and The Rippers" and even wore similar clothing to what he wore in "Full House" when he was with The Rippers. The father from "Full House," Danny Tanner (played by Bob Saget), can be seen in the audience dancing.
The show's actors included Saget, Stamos and Dave Coulier. Lately, there have been serious talks to get the show back on the air in some manner. It seems like something could happen, too.
"We've said no to every sort of reunion," Stamos said. "Lately there's one that we sort of are gravitating towards. It's not a complete reunion, but a twist. If we can get it done right ... then we will do it."
What do you think of the rumors of "Full House" coming back? Will it be as good as the old show or will it turn out to be a bust? Leave us a comment below and let us know what you think.
