Team Arrow will consider turning to Malcolm Merlyn for help to stop Danny "Brick" Brickwell and his army in Wednesday's all-new episode of "Arrow."

Last week, Brick took full control of The Glades as Oliver began to make a slow recovery following his fatal defeat by Ra's al Ghul. Plus, Laurel suited up as the new Black Canary.

Preview photos of the upcoming episode, which is entitled "Uprising," reveal that Oliver will continue to make progress, although he still may not be strong enough to return to Starling City to fight crime in.

Meanwhile, Roy and Laurel will galvanize the Glades to help them fight Brick. They will also be in favor of taking Malcolm's offer for assistance, but Felicity will be against the idea. As a result, it will be up to Diggle, the interim leader in Oliver's absence, to decide whether they should accept help from the villain responsible for Oliver's death, reports Cinema Blend.

A sneak peak also shows that the team will discover that Brick killed Malcolm's wife, which explains why he has a vendetta against him.

"Uprising" will also mark the return of "The Killing" star Bex Taylor-Klaus as Sin, who will play a "pivotal role" in the investigation of Sara Lance's murder, teased executive producer Andrew Kreisberg, reports TVLine.

According to Screen Crush, the CW's official description of "Uprising" reads as follows:

"Still operating without Oliver (Stephen Amell) and desperate to stop Brick (guest star Vinnie Jones), Team Arrow is forced to consider Malcolm's (John Barrowman) offer to help shut Brick down as Malcolm has a personal score to settle with the felon. Roy (Colton Haynes) and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) point out that the team could use some help to save the innocents of The Glades, but Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) is adamantly against it. They look to Diggle to make the final decision. Meanwhile, the flashbacks chronicle Malcolm's descent from kind-hearted father and husband to cold-blooded killer after the murder of his wife."

"Arrow" Season 3, Episode 12, "Uprising," airs on Wednesday, Feb. 4, at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
