Dancing With the Stars Season 17 Week 8 - DWTS Results & Recap: Score Summaries and Performances [VIDEOS]
Dancing With The Stars season 17 week 8 was filled with amazing performances that got standing ovations, but the show had to say goodbye to Brant Daugherty.
Another reason of the episode's great standout is having Cher as the guest judge. The DWTS 17 couples danced through her songs and the singer's son, Chaz was even in the audience to show support, OnTheRedCarpet reports.
Dancing With The Stars Season 17 Week 8 Dance Recap
Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke performed a Tango along the song The Beat Goes On. Cher mentioned how Jack looked like a pimp and Bruno noticed how much the star has matured as a dancer. Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff did an Argentine Tango to a Cher song from the movie Burlesque.
Amber Riley and Derek Hough danced a Rumba to Turn Back Time and nailed it as always! Cher even noticed how much the Glee star owned the ballroom stage. Leah Remini and Tony Dovolani did a Viennese Waltz to the song I Got You Babe, a performance which Cher said touched her deep.
Brant Daugherty and Peta Murgatroyd danced a Foxtrot for Cher's Shoop Shoop Song, Elizabeth Berkley Lauren and Val Chmerkovskiy did a jazz routine while Bill Engvall and Emma Slater did Strong Enough in a fun and fast routine.
Brant Daugherty Says Goodbye
The 28-year-old Pretty Little Liars star told DWTS co-host Tom Bergeron how much he learned so much about himself through the opportunity of joining the show. His being out of the game led to believing how much Engvall is more popular than he is, not getting eliminated despite garnering the lowest scores.
On the other hand, the Hollywood heartthrob got a triple 9 from the judges for his Foxtrot performance with dancing partner, New York Daily News stated.
