Hot New 'Tha Carter V' Album Release 2015: Lil Wayne Announces Fans Can Get 'Free Weezy Album' for No Money [Pics]
Amid his feud with Cash Money Records and CEO Birdman, Lil Wayne has announced the "Free Weezy Album."
The New Orleans emcee took to his Twitter account on Feb. 5 to assure fans and followers that his latest project is still on the way -- for free -- despite the ongoing YMCMB drama.
Weezy also revealed the official title of the upcoming record, which will arrive in the near future.

Meanwhile, the "Grindin'" rapper, who just released the "Sorry 4 the Wait 2" LP, is already working on his second mixtape of the year, "Dedication 6."
DJ Drama, who previously collaborated on the second installment of Lil Tunechi's "Dedication" mixtape series, took to his Instagram account on Feb. 2 to tease their latest project with a caption suggesting the title.
"Sorry For The Wait 2. Carter V. Dedication 6," the Philly artist wrote accompanying the image that sees himself, Wayne and Young Money president Mack Maine.

Lil Wayne has filed a lawsuit against his label and Baby, accusing of withholding millions of dollars in advances for his much-delayed "Tha Carter V" album. He is suing for $51 million and asking a judge to end his contract.
A portion of the lawsuit states the following:
"In early December, 2014, Carter delivered to Cash Money the sound recordings comprising the second of the solo albums, entitled 'Tha Carter V,' provided for by the 2012 Amendment. Although obligated to pay Carter Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000.00) at the commencement of the recording of 'Tha Carter V' and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) upon delivery of the album, Cash Money breached the 1998 Recording Agreement as amended specifically by the 2012 Amendment, by failing to pay Carter the Eight Million Dollar ($8,000,000.00) payment upon commencement of the recording and paying Carter only Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) over the course of the recording of 'Tha Carter V'."
