Former Cheetah Girl and "The Real" co-host Adrienne Bailon just got engaged to Roc Nation music executive Lenny Santiago and celebrated by posting an Instagram picture of her, Santiago and a gorgeous diamond engagement ring on Thursday.

"I still can't believe it! I stare at my ring all day long, and it just feels so surreal to have found my soul mate," she told People magazine. "I love him. He's an incredible man, and I've kept it sacred for such a long time, and it proves that sometimes ... sometimes that works. It's special and sacred to me, and I'll keep it that way."

The Puerto Rican-Ecuadorian TV personality, 31, announced her engagement to co-workers while taping "The Real." She also revealed details of how Santiago proposed. According to E! News, in the episode Bailon surprises co-hosts Tamera Mowry-Housley, Loni Love, Tamar Braxton and Jeannie Mai by showing off her sparkling engagement ring during the talk show's "Turn the Page" segment.

"It's not in here! You know why? Because no one knows," she said as they looked through tabloids. "I'm engaged!"

Fans can see the upcoming episode when "The Real" airs Feb. 9.

Santiago, 40, is a Bronx, New York, native and the vice president of artist and repertoire at Def Jam/Roc-A-Fella Records. His job is to acquire new talent and make them stars. He started working for Roc-A-Fella Records, the record label founded by Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter, Damon Dash and Kareem Burke, in 1996.

This will be Bailon's first marriage. Previously, she dated Rob Kardashian from 2007 to 2009. She has feuded with Kim and Khloe Kardashian since claiming being with a Kardashian hurt her career last year.

That's not all the drama that has recently plagued the talk show host. Bailon sparked a feud with Chris Brown in November 2014 when she mentioned Brown and his girlfriend Karrueche Tran on "The Real," claiming the recording artist has cheated on Tran, but her friends say nothing because they benefit from the relationship.
