Eminem's eighth studio album The Marshall Mathers LP 2 only came out last week, but the release is already making history on the Billboard charts.

MMLP2 has made Eminem the first artist to have at least four songs in the top-20 of the Billboard Hot 100 as a lead artist since The Beatles did it in April, 1964. "The Monster" has debuted at No. 3 on the Hot 100. "Berzerk," "Survival" and "Rap God" placed at numbers 15, 16 and 17, respectively.

The Beatles' managed to have six songs in the top-20 for two straight weeks in 1964. First "Can't Buy Me Love," "Twist and Shout," "She Loves You," "I Want to Hold Your Hand," "Please Please Me" and "I Saw Her Standing There" graced the charts. The next week, "I Saw Her Standing There" was replaced with "Do You Want to Know a Secret."

The only other artists to have at least four songs in the top-20 since The Beatles have done so with songs where they were featured artists. This includes 50 Cent in 2005, T-Pain in 2007 and 2008, Lil Wanye in 2008 and Ludacris in 2010, Rolling Stone reports.

Having "The Monster" debut at No. 3 is pretty impressive for Slim Shady. The only single of his to debut better on Billboard's Hot 100 was 2009's "Not Afraid," which debuted at No. 1, and 2010's "Love the Way You Lie," which sat at the No. 2 spot for seven weeks. Both singles came from the rapper's Recovery album.

"The Monster" also put Eminem in the No. 1 spot on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart for the first time in his career.

MMLP2 was produced by Rick Rubin and Dr. Dre.
