Chris Christie had no problem getting re-elected earlier this month, but the New Jersey governor is sure to face bigger hurdles in the future, and polls are backing that up.

A recent NBC poll indicated that 44 percent of all adults favored Hillary Clinton in a hypothetical 2016 Presidential poll. Christie trailed Clinton by 10 points as he only managed to get 34 percent of the vote.

Most significantly, 83 percent of black people favor Clinton as opposed to only 4 percent favoring Christie.

Clinton is also beating Christie in support in the Northeast, which comes as no surprise considering that the former first lady went on to become a Senator in New York State before becoming the Secretary of State.

G. Evans Witt, who is the CEO of Prineceton Survey Research, the group that conducted the poll, said one of Hillary's advantages right now is that her name is so easy to recognize.

"Clinton is the best-known Democrat in the country who might run in 2016, with the possible exception of Vice President Biden," Witt said. "No one else is close in sheer name recognition."

Other recent polls have produced similar results, especially with Clinton in the Democratic Party. A national poll conducted by CNN in September revealed that 65 percent of Democrats and Independents were in favor of Hillary Clinton becoming the next person to represent the Democratic Party in the Presidential Election.

Clinton has not specifically said that she will run for president in 2016 but she is not denying it either. Many people are predicting that she will, especially with the way she has been active in the public eye while she speaks at events and at schools.
