Finding a new love is never a problem for a bright Latina star like Eva Longoria, and this time around, the petite bombshell has a media mogul for a romantic partner. Longoria's new squeeze is a big shot in the Latin American entertainment industry, reports USA Today. His name: Jose Antonio Baston Patino.

 Nicknamed "Pepe," Baston is the president of Televisa, the hottest media brand in the Latin American entertainment industry. Baston reportedly wooed Longoria like a 'proper gentleman,' effectively sweeping the former "Desperate Housewives" star off her feet. The 45-year- old media giant is said to be madly in-love with Eva, 38.

E! News reports that on Friday night, the new couple walked the red carpet for the first time in Mexico City during the Museo Jumex Opening dinner at the Casa De La Bola. Looking stunning in a black-and-white sheath dress, Eva posed with Baston, her right arm around his waist. Baston meanwhile looked sleek and important in a black suit, holding his ladylove close.

In his brief biography in Reuters, Baston's full name is written as Jose Antonio Baston Patino, and is described as "Member of the Board of Directors and President of Television and Contents of Grupo Televisa SAB since February 2001. He has also been Member of the Company's Board of Directors since April 1998. He is Member of the Company's Executive Committee. Previously, he served as Corporate Vice President of Television, Vice President of Operations and General Director of Programming of the Company."

Friends close to Eva reportedly say that the Latina star is 'very happy' with her new man, according to NY Daily News.  Eva Longoria's split from basketballer Tony Parker had been quite tumultuous. In April, she revealed that she had starved herself after her divorce, confiding to health guru D. Oz that, "I was not eating. I was depressed. I was sad," reports the Mail Online.

Eva have had high-profile relationships, as she been linked to Eduardo Cruz, her rumoured off-and-on boyfriend, and had dated Ernesto Arguello, the "Ready for Love" bachelor. Understandably, she had kept her relationship with Baston under wraps, until their public debut Friday.
