Jay Z reportedly has a lovechild and is facing a lawsuit over avoiding a paternity test. What will happen to his seven-year marriage with Beyoncé?

According to National Enquirer, Rymir Satterthwaite, 21, claims that his mother Wanda had sex with the Brooklyn rapper in the early 1990s. In December 2014, Satterthwaite filed a civil lawsuit through his legal guardian, a paralegal named Lillie Coley, accusing Shawn Corey Carter of providing "fraudulent" and "false" information to a judge.

The case was reportedly first raised in 2010, when Wanda tried to force Jay Z to take a DNA test after it was determined that another man was not her son's father. However, New Jersey Superior Court Judge Edward McBride Jr. dismissed it, ruling that his court lacked jurisdiction.

Also, the "Magna Carta Holy Grail" rapper's attorney successfully argued that his client lived in Manhattan, not New Jersey (the suit questioned Jay Z's claim that he lives in New York City, since he owns real estate in New Jersey).

Renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn compared the photos of Jay Z and his alleged son.

"Their facial structures appear very similar," he said. "It could be a sign of inheritance."

With that being said, the paternity lawsuit could possibly put the "Drunk in Love" duo's marriage in jeopardy.

"Beyoncé convinced herself that things had changed after the hell Jay put her through last year," an insider said. "Beyoncé is in pieces over what a divorce means to her, but if Jay Z has fathered a love child, I'm sure she wouldn't have any option. There's only so much anyone can take!"

The source added that in a divorce, Jay Z "would walk away with the majority of their fortune."

"Beyoncé's put everything in his hands and she would be totally lost without him -- so the idea of hiring a lawyer and going through a messy divorce is an unthinkable nightmare," the source continued.
