Prince Harry is rumored to be dating British actress and "Harry Potter" star Emma Watson, with the emerging couple desperately trying to keep a low-profile by frequently "going on secret group dates."

According to Woman's Day, after she recently broke up with rugby player boyfriend Michael Janney, Watson had friends dial up the prince in hopes of setting up a date for the pair. The magazine added in recent times, Prince Harry likewise has suffered through his share of failed, high-profile relationships.

After being contacted, Prince Harry reportedly sent 24-year-old Watson an email confirming he would "like to get to know her." Since then, the pair have gone on a number of dates, many of them at least initially in the same group-type setting.

"Harry didn't want her to feel like she was put on the spot," a source told the magazine. "A party also shows he's fun and not stuffy. He's smitten -- and it's more than Emma's looks."

Both Prince Harry and his rumored new leading lady are known around the globe of their charitable work and Watson recently launched her HeForShe IMPACT 10x10x10 pilot initiative to much praise and fanfare.

The stated goal of the yearlong program is to connect women with top companies, schools and governments around the world.

"It is my belief that there is a greater understanding than ever that women need to be equal participants in our homes, in our societies, in our governments, and in our work places," Watson said in a recent speech before dignitaries.

"They know that the world is being held back in every way, because they are not," she added. "Women share this planet 50/50 and they are under-represented, their potential astonishingly untapped."
