'Mi Corazón Es Tuyo' Cast & News: Boyfriend of Pregnant Star Silvia Navarro Asked Her to Go to Therapy to Deal With Unexpected Pregnancy?
"Mi Corazón Es Tuyo" star Silvia Navarro recently announced her pregnancy, and a source alleges that Navarro has been seeing a therapist since.
According to a Diario Basta source, Navarro's boyfriend, Gerardo Casanova, asked that the two go to therapy to better handle their new addition.
"She found out she was pregnant when she missed work one entire day," the source said. "['Mi Corazón Es Tuyo' producer] Juan Osorio went to see her, and that's when they found out, but truthfully, she did not want to get pregnant yet."
The source further alleges that Casanova is taking it well, but is struggling with motherhood.
"She is in family therapy to accept motherhood," the source said. "The two are still taking it in. That I know of, he has no problems in becoming a father, he wants to be a dad. The one with the problem is her."
The source added that Navarro's therapy has been working, and the actress now finds herself happy to become a mother.
Still. Navarro wishes people did not know about her pregnancy, which is something she revealed herself following rumors. She originally wanted to wait until she was further along.
"Silvia did not want people to find out she was pregnant," the source said. "But she herself decided to tell the whole world about her state."
Navarro has yet to speak out on these rumors, but when the star spoke about being pregnant, she expressed her happiness. Navarro said having a child was not something she expected, but that she is excited.
Navarro and the rest of the "Mi Corazón Es Tuyo" cast have been busy the last few months. The show will be wrapping up in Mexico soon, and it has proven to be a very successful show.
Mayrín Villanueva, who plays the villainous Isabela, said she is approached by children about her character.
"They say I am evil, but they give me hugs, so that comforts me, because at the end, it's just a character that I play," she said in an interview with Notimex, according to Diario Basta.
