Justin Bieber Zone, Instagram, Twitter: Did 'Baby' Singer's Security Guard Punch Out Fan at T.I. Performance?
A member of Justin Bieber's scecurity detail is accused of punching a fan to the ground, simply because he dared to attempt to snag a picture of the "Baby, Baby" singer.
According to TMZ.com, Bieber was partying at the FLUXX nightclub in San Diego where T.I. was performing late Sunday night when a man identified as Stephen Prince ventured over to the VIP section in hopes of getting a photo of Bieber.
At that point, Prince alleges a member of Bieber's crew first began screaming at him, then punched him at least twice in the face. Prince has since filed a formal police report and rumors are he plans to also file a civil suit, presumably naming Bieber as a defendant.
The website adds members of Bieber's crew concede that there was an incident at the club that night involving a security guard, but insist he did not work for Bieber.
The incident hardly marks the first time members of Bieber's security crew have been accused of criminal wrongdoing. TMZ reports back in December of 2013, two of his security officers were charged with attacking a Florida police officer.
Hugo Hesny and Michael Arana were both charged in Miami after hooking up with Bieber for a movie shoot. Police later detailed in their report that Arana instantly became loud and verbally abusive after being approached by officers and that his breath reeked of alcohol.
Later, he allegedly took a fighting stance against cops and demanded to know why Hesny was being arrested. After smelling alcohol on his breath, officers noted they were only able to subdue Arana by "delivering numerous knee strikes" to his rib area.
Ultimately, Hesny was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and his bail was set at $10.5K. Arana was formally charged with disorderly conduct and bail was set at $1,500.
