Following the premiere in Los Angeles just a few days ago, the cast of "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" made their exciting appearance at the New York City premiere, which took place at AMC Lincoln Square yesterday, on Wednesday, November 20.

Jennifer Lawrence, who plays the role of Katniss Everdeen in the film, wowed everyone at the event on Monday, stunning her playful see-through gown and leotard underneath. This time, the "Girl On Fire" toned it down by quite a lot, going for less-extravagant yet mature look.

Lawrence wore a black short-sleeve plunging blazer dress by Christian Dior, which was detailed with lapels and pockets on the sides and a deep v-split on the front. She flashed a hint of her stomach right below the white and green printed crop top she wore underneath the dress. The actress completed her simple look with matching black Manolo Blahnik sandals and black clutch bag. She looked flawless with her teased blonde pixie hair, smoky eye makeup and pink lips.

The co-star Elizabeth Banks, who plays Effie Trinket, soon joined Jennifer Lawrence. She looked youthful in her black strapless top and trousers, which made it look like she was wearing a jumpsuit. The two-piece ensemble was designed by Jenny Packham, which was covered in sparkly silver detailing. Banks was also sporting black Christian Louboutin stilettos, with her slicked back blonde hair and bright red lipstick.

The two gorgeous actresses posed for camera with Liam Hemsworth, who plays the role of Gale Hawthorne in the movie. He looked super dapper in a navy suit paired with a white shirt and skinny charcoal tie.

Jena Malone, a rising star playing Johanna Mason, went for 1960s inpired look in a two-tone Valentino dress with white collared sleeveless top and gray-blue A-line flowy skirt. She also wore blue satin platform pumps by Casadei and carried a diamanté clutch by Valentino. Her blonde hair that was swept into a bouffant and winged black eyeliner really complimented her wardrobe.

"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" is scheduled to hit theaters on November 22.
