A bride's wedding day is magical -- full of love, family and celebration. And the hope is that love will remain strong and celebrated over the years.

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen shared a rare photo from her secretive wedding day on Instagram Thursday. It's a sweet picture of her and husband Tom Brady at their 2009 wedding, and finally reveals to the world what her wedding dress looked like.

"Magical day! #tbt ❤❤❤" Bündchen captioned the "Throwback Thursday" Instagram picture from her Feb. 26, 2009 nuptials. Brady is shown wearing khakis a white button-down shirt with vest. Bündchen looks stunning in a form-fitting sequin dress and her hair in its signature loose waves.

Yesterday Brady posted this endearing picture to Facebook, letting it be known his feelings have not changed in six years:

The New England Patriots quarterback and Brazilian supermodel quietly married in February of 2009 at a private ceremony in Santa Monica, California. The ceremony took place just before 6 p.m. at the St. Monica Catholic Church, less than a mile from the beach.

It is the first marriage for both.

The Brazilian beauty said that she knew he was "the one" when she met him.

"I knew Tom was the one straightaway," she told Vogue U.K. for the March 2015 issue of the magazine. "I could see it in his eyes that he was a man with integrity who believes in the same things I do."

The 34-year-old began dating the football star in 2006 when they met on a blind date.

The couple has a lot to celebrate. Earlier this month, Brady's New England Patriots defeated the Seattle Seahawks at the Super Bowl, and the Victoria's Secret angel shared pictures of her, Brady and their son Benjamin, 5, and stepson John, 7, at the stadium during the big game and following the win.

Brady has been hailed as the greatest NFL quarterback of all-time ahead of Joe Montana.
