Selena Gomez allegedly remains "crazy obsessive" about ex Justin Bieber, even as rumors of her current boyfriend DJ Zedd continue to percolate.

According to HollywoodLife.com, the 22-year-old Gomez seems to be doing all she can to shake the hold the "Baby" singer has on her and even plans to take Zedd home to Texas during the upcoming Easter holiday to meet her parents.

"Selena has Zedd and things are going good with him, but it's not the same as it was with Justin," a source told the website. "She's been fooling herself trying to make it something bigger than it is. Over the last several months, Bieber has had several run-ins with the law, including being arrested on DUI charges and being required to reimburse a neighborhood family some $80,000 after causing extensive damage to their home during an act of vandalism.

"I had the day off and I decided to go buy stuff for my house because I just moved," he said. "I had to pee and I had my engineer with me so I was like, 'I hope they have a bathroom there.' He was like, 'They have a bathroom. Just use that.' ... so I walk in and John, the head of our label, who had just signed Selena, was there ... And he’s like, 'Okay. Have you ever met Selena?' That was literally the next thing he said. I was like, 'Uh, no.' So he introduced me to her and was like, 'Hey, she’s cool. Maybe we should make a song together.' And then like a week later, we started working on a song…"
