Emma Watson, “Harry Potter” alumna and U.N. Women Goodwill Ambassador, showed a photo on social media of her former co-star Matthew Lewis, and the Internet was set alight.

The photo, which Watson posted to Twitter, shows Lewis donning a military uniform. The actor who lovingly played Neville Longbottom in the “Harry Potter” series will be playing a soldier in the new season of a BBC show called “Bluestone 42.”

The tweet, published on Friday, has gathered almost 6,000 retweets and has been favorited 17,000. Many people, mostly female, commented about how good Lewis looked and how well he aged since his “Harry Potter” days.

Lewis also responded to the photo, commenting on it and retweeting it.

According to the Express, Lewis will be playing Corporal Gordon "Towerblock" House in the third season of the BBC3 dramedy about a British army bomb disposal unit stationed in Afghanistan. The show returns to British television Monday night.

Lewis has been posting photos on his Twitter and Instagram accounts about the show, showing him with his cast mates donning army uniforms on set.

Despite his recent work in various shows after “Harry Potter,” Lewis still hangs out with his former castmates. According to the Express, he told ITV that they try to get together often.

"We try and play a bit of cricket in summer together, in August time, we do it for charity. It's Gryffindor versus Slytherin, I was on Gryffindor obviously, I think we're winning like 3-1 or 4-1, we usually win," he said, explaining they formed a close relationship during the movies’ filming.

"I got the role at 10, we started filming when I was 11 and at the last premiere I was 21, so it was about 10 years of my life."

"I've been so fortunate being involved in a project like that. I was a huge fan of the books and then to work with the acting talent on those movies was a real privilege for me."
