Throughout the airing of "Kourtney & Khloé Take The Hamptons" episodes, fans have watched a deeply troubled Scott Disick struggle with alcoholism and drug use.

In June, he was rush to the emergency room due to alcohol poisoning. In September, he was hospitalized after a drug overdose.

In early November, the mother of his three children, Kourtney Kardashian, kicked him out of their Hamptons house. Disick entered rehab to appease her, but left before treatment completed.

Disick's PR team sent out a press release about him entering rehab at Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica on Monday, the day following his binge drinking weekend and a new season premiere of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

TMZ reports that Disick had a tequila- and beer-fueled weekend in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Saturday where he had a scheduled appearance at Caesar's Harrah's resort's The Pool After Dark nightclub. His drunken appearance was caught on camera in a profanity-laced interview with Whitney Ullman.

Harrah's staff discovered "The Lord" incoherently staggering around the hotel lobby without his shoes at 8 a.m. on Sunday. A hotel supervisor had to escort him to his hotel room.

Somehow, Disick managed to make a scheduled appearance in Chicago on Sunday night.

Once the weekend ended, Disick made the difficult decision to enter rehab.

"I realize my issues are bigger than me and I'm ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle," Disick said in the press release.

Rythmia Life Advancement Center offers a free helicopter ride to its facilities, which the father of three took advantage of.

The rehab facility uses "iboga" treatment, which is made up of 12 medicinal alkaloids derived from a small tree that grows in Africa, along with 10 other therapies.

"Unlike other rehab centers, RLAC does not believe addiction is a disease; we believe people like Scott become dependent on their vices due to past events they have not reconciled with, current conditions they cannot cope with, and things they believe aren't true," Gerard Powell, Rythmia Center CEO, said in the press release.

The facility offers a money back guarantee, which hopefully means Disick will have a successful trip to the rehab this time.
