Musician Joe Jonas earned both love and hate for his tell-all interview on Vulture, as he revealed that Demi Lovato had a drug abuse problem, reports MTV News. Lovato had since expressed her support for her ex-boyfriend via Twitter, while her sister Dallas has nothing but contempt for Jonas' big reveal.

A reprint from the New York Magazine's December 09 issue, the interview appeared to be a narrative of exploits that Joe Jonas had experienced as a member of the band, Jonas Brothers, with siblings Nick and Kevin.

On the Vulture article, Joe Jonas reveals certain explosive truths about himself, his band and the people in his circle, but the most shocking of them all is the dark disturbing side about Disney and its stars - including company control and manipulation, as well as substance abuse, even by Disney's sweetheart stars, Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus, notes Billboard Magazine.

In the interview, Jonas has said, "One relationship that meant a lot to fans was the one I had with Demi Lovato, who I've known for years... I really got to know her and got to see the ins and outs of what she was struggling with, like drug abuse," according to Vulture. Reacting to the interview, Lovato tweeted, "@joejonas love you brother. #family/friendsforever ."  However, Demi's sister Dallas expressed a totally different reaction, saying that, "Pathetic how people cut others down to get attention off themselves... Loser." This polarity of reactions extends to social media netizens, as tweets both supporting Joe Jonas and bashing him have since surfaced.

Fellow Disney star Dylan Sprouse of "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" fame has also reacted on the tell-all interview, saying that, "I think it's bulls--t that they were being robbed of choice or creativity; if they wanted to, they could have told Disney 'NO.' Cole and I did this hundreds of times and we ended up all right. The only reason they didn't is because, like many of the people on that channel, I think they fell for the allure of fame," according to US Weekly. Sprouse is now 21 years old and attending New York University.

Apart from the Devi Lovato big reveal, Joe Jonas has also disclosed that he lost his virginity when he was 20 years old to Twilight actress Ashley Greene; and that Vanessa Hudgens was put on lockdown by Disney for her 2007 nude photo scandal.
