'Hart of Dixie' Cast & News: Lemon Actress Jaime King Says Season 4 Is Last on Twitter
After rumors circulated from "Hart of Dixie" creator Leila Gerstein that the show would be canceled, many wondered if it would indeed come back for a fifth season. Now, the pregnant Jaime King, who plays Lemon on the show, is confirming the news on Twitter, the show will be canceled, Life and Style reports.
A confused fan sent a tweet to King trying to see if the dreaded news was true. King replied to the fan and confirmed that there will not be a fifth season of the show. King has a baby on the way.
"It's our last season so watch the rest:)," she said on Twitter.
The 35-year-old actress has had fertility problems for almost eight years and is extremely happy that she is finally pregnant with her second child, according to the Daily Mail.
King was so happy that she decided to post some pictures of her developing baby bump. The pictures featured King in just a pair of black underwear.
In two pictures that have since been deleted from her Instagram, King showed off her body including her tummy. In one picture, King is photographed from the front. She is holding her breasts and looking down at her bump. In the other picture, King is photographed from behind, still just wearing only black underwear. She is staring out the window into the distance.
The caption read, "My body. My growing baby, open for comments. Plain as day. I, like every other woman, bracing for your judgments. This is who I am. And I love me in every flaw and curve or flat or thin area. And I love you as well in every form that your body takes."
King will have plenty of time to take care of her second child, which will be another boy. In February, King posted a picture of her 16-month-old son James Knight holding a sign that read, "I'm gonna be a big brother!"
King will have some help from Taylor Swift too. Swift posted on her Instagram that she had been named Godmother of the child.
What do you think of the cancellation of "Hart of Dixie?"
