Kim Kardashian is allegedly worried that rapper husband Kanye West could have a secret lovechild.

According to OK! magazine via RadarOnline.com, the Chicago emcee previously had sex with numerous women.

"Kanye glosses over his dirty-dog past, but he has a long list of former conquests -- including groupies, exotic dancers, students, video vixens and cocktail waitresses," the source said. 

As a result, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star is supposedly "obsessed with the idea that there's a child out there who's going to come after his fortune." Kardashian's beef with West's ex-girlfriend Amber Rose does not help, as "Kim worries the worst is yet to come in their feud."

Meanwhile, the reality star and the "Yeezus" rapper are making every effort to give their baby daughter, North West, a sibling.

"The doctor said when I have sex I have to lay down for, like, 10 to 20 minutes, so, I just had sex before you guys got here," she told her sisters during the 10th season premiere of "KUWTK," which aired last Sunday. "He said it takes 10 minutes for a sperm to swim up there. I'm going to wait like 5 more minutes just for this to marinate inside of me."

Kim Kardashian also talked about how hard it is to conceive a child. "It's so frustrating. Kourtney just sneezes and gets pregnant. Like, not everyone is like that. It's going to take work, and I have to work hard at it," she said. "I've been having sex 500 times a day."

However, it turned out that having too much sex is not the best strategy to get pregnant. "The doctors said he thinks I'm having sex too much," she told E! News. "He said one time is more powerful ... so we've tried everything."
