Khloe Kardashian Weight Loss & Diet Tips 2015: How to Lose 10 Pounds in 10 Days!
After years of being ridiculed by her weight, Khloé Kardashian has noticeably been shedding pounds lately -- find out how she lost 10 pounds in just 10 days!
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star's personal trainer Gunnar Peterson recently revealed to OK! Magazine that his client is dedicated to make the perfect beach body for this summer.
"She works so hard," he said. "She comes in every single morning."
Not only does Kardashian work out at the gym, but also she has made exercise a part of her everyday life, as she randomly does "crunches and leg lifts" throughout the day while watching TV at home.
In addition to strenuous training, the 30-year-old maintains a very clean diet with portion control. For instance, she will "have frozen yogurt, but I have less of it than everyone else. That way I don't binge out."
Kardashian also shared some other tips to successful weight loss.
"I work out almost every day," she recently told PEOPLE. "I go to a trainer five days a week, and on the weekends, I do cardio and whatever I want to do."
"I kind of eat what I want, but in portion control, which I never knew before," she continued. "It's really hard. You have to train your body to eat less. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach."
The reality star added that she drinks "like 5 liters of water a day."
Last month, Khloé Kardashian took to her Instagram account to admit that she still is not where she wants to be.
"My fitness journey will be a lifelong journey," she wrote the following caption. "I'm still not where I want to be, and I may never be, but I am healthier than ever."
