Modern Family's Sofia Vergara is on top of the world. She is also on top of the Forbes list, being named the highest paid actress in Hollywood. The Columbian actress says, "[she] is not ashamed to say [she] loves making money." But not all is perfect in Sofia's life, as reports have been released that she and fiancée Nick Loeb are calling off their wedding.

The 41-year old Latina actress and businesswoman was spotted having dinner with friends last month in West Hollywood, and guess what? She was not wearing her eight-carat engagement ring. Nick, 38, did not even spend the Thanksgiving holiday with his honey, as InTouch magazine reports. A source tells the magazine that "she and Nick have been having problems since this summer, and they've been spending more time away from each other."

"The fact that Nick wasn't with her family on Thanksgiving speaks volumes" the source also added. The actress, who earned an estimated $30 million last year, is filming Modern Family in Los Angeles while Nick is working on his condiment line Onion Crunch in New York. "Nick is upset that Sofia makes all this money and hasn't put much into his company lately," Oh, it can get ugly when money is the problem between couples. Even though these allegations are being made, Sofia posted a photo of her and Nick at a Giants game with the caption "Sunday fun at the @Giants game with @DietPepsi."

If love doesn't work out for the Spanish bombshell, we're sure she will be just fine with her son Manolo and her millions and millions of dollars. Sofia told Glam Belleza Latina magazine this; "I'm not ashamed to say I love making money. I like business, and the truth is I save way more than I spend. I invest. I plan for the future. I have a special eye for opportunities and work harder than anyone might expect. It is fun to shock people with my business ideas. Most people just see me as Gloria."

She is referring to her character in the hit show Modern Family who is a bit of a "bimbo" but indeed a really funny one. Sofia has endorsements with Diet Pepsi, Cover Girl and Comcast. She is also the executive producer of Killer Women, airing soon on ABC. Sofia also tells the magazine: "I think that the concept of being sexy and smart is difficult for many to grasp ... most people are more comfortable with the notion of a 'sexy bimbo' and I have to admit that I've capitalized on that to negotiate a couple of times, when the 'smart ones' think I have no idea what I can deliver, and I end up costing them more".

Watch out world, with or without a man, this Latina isn't done yet. Now this is the correct attitude to have, don't you think?
