All the pains keep mounting for Tori Spelling.

According to Us Magazine, the former "90210" star was recently treated at a hospital for burns and wounds she suffered after accidentally falling on a hibachi grill while dining at the restaurant Benihana's with her family over Easter weekend.

Spelling's husband, Dean McDermott, has since told the New York Daily News that his wife burned her arm when it hit the grill.

"It was an unfortunate accident," McDermott said. "She had a little burn. She had to get skin grafts."

When asked if he and his wife plan to take legal action against the eatery, McDermott responded, "I don't know."

Earlier this month, reports surfaced that the couple's marriage could once more be in trouble amid rumors the 48-year-old McDermott might again be cheating on his reality TV star wife again. This time with ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace.

According to Star Magazine, McDermott is rumored to be "hooking up" with his 52-year-old ex-wife, after "shocking photos" of them meeting in secret were recently made public.

A source later told the magazine about Spelling's feelings.

"She's heartbroken," according to the source. "She's trying to put on a brave face, but she's at a complete loss as to how to deal with it."

Hollywood Life reports that McDermott and his ex-wife recently rendezvous at her home, with Spelling only becoming aware of the encounter by listening to a recent podcast interview Brandi Glanville did with Eustace. Around that same time, the two were spotted out dining together.

McDermott has admitted to previously cheating on his wife with several women, many of the details of which have been made public during the airing of the "True Tori" reality show they starred in together while working on their issues.

Hollywood Life adds Spelling was also recently hospitalized for "severe migraines," but sources tell the website her condition may have been caused by the "stress of learning what her husband, Dean, was allegedly up to behind her."
