Chipotle claims it is all about "integrity," but Hillary Clinton just added some "incognito" to the Mexican fast food chain's recipe, USA Today reported.

The newly announced presidential candidate managed to lunch at its Maumee, Ohio, location without anyone noticing, the newspaper added.

The van carrying Clinton to Iowa for her first campaign events stopped at the restaurant in a suburb of Toledo, and two aides, as well as Secret Service agents, accompanied the former first lady, senator and secretary of State. It was only when Clinton was long gone – and a reporter inquired with the branch manager – that Chipotle staff became aware of the famous guest who had passed through, the New York Times detailed.

"The thing is, she has these dark sunglasses on," said Charles Wright, the manager. "She just was another lady," he added.

A review of the restaurant's security video footage, however, left no doubt that Clinton, dressed in a bright pink shirt, ordered a chicken burrito bowl and carried her own tray, the newspaper added.

The 29-year-old manager, a Republican who said he was not planning to support the Democratic frontrunner, said that knowing that he had missed a chance to meet Clinton still "really hurts." His employees, he told the New York Times, were "kicking themselves right now."

Nevertheless, it was "awesome that she was in here," Wright added. "We had Kevin Hart in here, we had a couple of sports players here and there, in little Maumee. (But) we don't have too much going on."

The candidate decided to make her way to Iowa in a van that pays tribute to the popular riddle-solving TV cartoon "Scooby-Doo," aptly named "Scooby," the New York Post detailed. She has been "trying to appeal to working-class voters as she campaigns for the 2016 Democratic nomination," the newspaper judged.

And Clinton is apparently enjoying her new mode of transport, said aide Huma Abedin, who had joined her boss at Chipotle.

"She's been really excited about it since she came up with it," Abedin noted.
