TMZ recently caught up with "Basketball Wives" star Jackie Christie, who revealed how she supported her husband, Doug Christie, a former NBA star.

The TMZ reporter noted that the NBA playoffs were approaching and requested Jackie to advise other basketball wives on how they should treat their husband during this stressful time. Although Doug is now a retired NBA player, Jackie recalled the time when he was an active player and she ran her home "like a military base" while he played in the league for 20 years.

Jackie described herself as Doug's "biggest supporter" and "biggest fan" and advised other basketball wives to be the same way.

During NBA playoffs time, Jackie claims she would switch into "support system mode" and cater to all of Doug's needs so that he would be less stressed out and less cranky as most players are during NBA playoffs.

"I'd rub his feet, I ran his bath, cook his dinner, I kept his house quiet. I ran it like a military base," Jackie revealed.

In addition to taking care of his basic familial needs, Jackie revealed that she also took care of Doug's business and sexual needs when he was an NBA player.

Jackie advised other basketball wives to take on different roles for their husband when he gets home from a stressful day.

"Let him watch ESPN, be their wife, their secretary, their dancer, their stripper ... whatever you need to be to make him comfortable," she advised.

Now that her husband is no longer in the NBA, Jackie is focused on herself and building her own empire. She recently announced on Instagram that she is starring in an upcoming Atlanta-based stage play titled "Beauty Shop."
