Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Breakup News Update 2015: Actress Reportedly Rejected Ex-Boyfriend's Invitation to Meet Up at Coachella
It seems Kristen Stewart has no interest in being friends with ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson.
A source recently revealed to HollywoodLife.com that Pattinson reached out to Stewart asking her to meet up with he and his fiancée, FKA twigs, at this year's Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
However, the "Still Alice" actress reportedly rejected the invitation because she wanted to avoid the awkward moment of seeing the engaged couple, especially since Coachella had always been a thing for she and her former lover.
Instead, Stewart, the source claimed, "just wanted to go and hang out and enjoy herself and the music without dealing with the drama of seeing Rob and FKA."
On the other hand, Pattinson is supposedly considering inviting his "Twilight" co-star to his wedding, since they shared intimate moments on their way to superstardom.
A source insisted, via HollywoodLife.com, that the actor holds no grudges against his ex-girlfriend for cheating on him with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director, Rupert Sanders.
"For Rob now, there's no bad blood," the insider said. "He's moved on, and so has Kristen. It is time to look forward to the future."
In addition, Pattinson and FKA, who want to keep it casual and not be in the limelight, will most likely get married in England, where their families and close friends reside.
A source told OK! Magazine that Pattinson wants to be in England, becuase he misses it. He and twigs supposedly do not want a fancy Hollywood wedding. Instead, they want a country pub atmosphere, and if sources are correct, the two may even be buying a house together in the UK.
The British couple has reportedly discussed walking down the aisle during the summer as a possible time frame. However, the wedding will be postponed until the end of the year.
"The Rover" actor is set to star on "The Walking Dead," and the "Pendulum" crooner will be touring until August.
