'Mortal Kombat X' Game Characters List and Trailer: More Characters & Story Coming As DLC, Players Complain About Scorpion
Mortal Kombat X might be getting more content and characters added to the game through downloadable content (DLC). If Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon's hint on Twitter is true, the game could soon be seeing new content, IGN reports.
Boon responded to a fan's question on Twitter asking about the non-playable characters being patched into the game as DLC. This would be a "story DLC" and would allow some of the non-playable characters that already appear in Mortal Kombat X's story mode to become playable characters.
There are many characters that appear in Mortal Kombat X's story mode that are not playable. They include Fujin, Kabal, Stryker, Sindel, Rain, Smoke, Bo' Rai Cho, Frost, Sareena, Li Mei and Baraka. If a story DLC is released this characters could soon be playable and added to the active roster of Mortal Kombat X.
PC players have already been able to modify the game to make Sindel, Rain and Baraka playable characters. These modders have been able to not only get these characters' appearances into the game, but they have also been able to get their moves into the game.
Players are Tired of Scorpion. Even though the game has only been out for a week, players are already complaining about the popular character Scorpion. Many online gamers have complained that Scorpion is too difficult to fight against and is annoying, according to Kotaku.
