Chris Brown Paternity Suit: 'Loyal' Singer Will Allegedly Fight for Custody Over Baby Royalty
Chris Brown could soon find himself at the center of a custody battle over his young daughter.
HollywoodLife alleges the 25-year-old "Loyal" singer is intent on being a father to 10-month-old Royalty and is taking "drastic" steps to carve out an ongoing space for himself in her life.
The website adds the problem stems from the child's mother recent reconciliation with her boyfriend, who likewise seems to have designs on being a full-time dad to her. Mom Nia Guzman-Amey and King Ba recently patched up their differences and are again rumored to be one big, happy family along with Royalty.
According to HollywoodLife, Ba recently had at least two new tattoos done just above his wrist that display the child's mom first name and a crown, which is presumed to be a direct ode to Royalty.
Still, Brown doesn't appear to be backing down, with word on the street being he is now trying to persuade the mother to relocate from Houston to Los Angeles so he will be able to spend more time with his daughter.
HollywoodLife has also previously reported Brown is also rumored to be in the middle of composing and recording new music dedicated to his daughter.
"Rest assured it will be something very dramatic and the words he chooses will come straight from the heart," a source told HollywoodLife. "He's always singing to her. He's already written multiple drafts of songs that he wants to record in the studio about her."
Described as "a big kid at heart," Brown also prides himself on bonding with his child and making the most of all the time they're able to spend together.
"He's like super dad when it comes to that girl," the source added. "He loves getting his hands dirty with her. He likes crawling around on the floor playing with her and chasing her around. She gets a royal kick out of playing peek-a-boo with him."
