It looks like Hillary Clinton may have some competition in the 2016 Democratic Primary after all from a far-left and very progressive rapper known as Waka Flocka Flame.

The 28-year-old Queens, New York native announced on Monday that he plans to run for the White House, and that his first order of business will be to legalized marijuana.

"I'm very pleased to announce today, on 4/20, the best day of the year, I will be running for president. The first thing I will do once I get into office is legalized marijuana," said the "Hard in the Paint" rapper in a video published by Rolling Stone.

Waka first announced his ambitions to become the leader of the free world back in November 2012 when he tweeted: "I'm dead a- running for president in 2016."

In his campaign video, Flame discussed other grievances he plans to amend, including banning dogs from restaurants.

"I don't want to see no f-king animal in the restaurant ever again," he says, adding that he will also make it illegal for people with big feet to walk around in public.

"They gotta take trains, cabs, and buses."

Apparently, Waka isn't the only rapper with political aspirations. Back in January, 2 Chainz announced that he is seriously contemplating placing a bid for mayor in his hometown, College Park, Georgia.

"I am looking forward to running at the end of this year or next year. [I'm] waiting to see if I meet all of the qualifications," said the Grammy-nominated artist to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

The 37-year-old rapper, who was born Tauheed Epps, also mentioned his ambitions to step into the political arena earlier this week during an interview with XXL Magazine.

"I'm supposed to be running for mayor in College Park. I got everybody wishing," said Epps, who attended Alabama State University on a basketball scholarship. "I'm really gonna do this little mayor thing in College Park. I'm just trying to make sure I have the right qualifications."
