Kevin Hart pronounces himself a "full-fledged workout guy."

People magazine reports the 5-foot-4-inch, 35-year-old comedic star has a routine where he "mixes fun and fitness into everyday life," not so coincidentally seemingly making him a natural for his new gig as health ambassador for Rally Health, which bills itself as "an interactive digital platform that helps people manage their health and wellness."

Hart now insists his schedule includes a six-day-a-week workout routine, with only Sundays off for rest and recuperation. Hart further describes his routine as regular treadmill work and running anywhere from 2 to 3 miles a day.

"It's all about prioritizing, having your day planned before it even begins," added Hart, currently in the midst of planning out his "What Now" summer comedy tour. "Once I get to the hotel, the first thing I do is get my workout out of the way."

Hart's new workout routine also appears to provide him with other perks, namely being able to spend more time with fiancée Eniko Parrish.

"She got bit by the bug," he said. "She's in the gym just as much as I am. I love the fact that it's something that we both love to do. It's not a task."

Hart adds his specific diet calls for no bread and little dairy. Instead, his meals are heavy on proteins, with grilled chicken, brown rice and pineapple being among his staples. He insists sticking to his diet has become such a regular thing for him. His cravings for one-time food favorites like Buffalo wings and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches have greatly diminished.

"The crazy thing is, I've been eating healthy for so long, I don't have the urge for those things. I don't get those moments where I'm like, God I gotta have it or I'm gonna kill somebody."
